I decided to start this group because I believe all Wedding Photographers should have a 'massive.' By that I mean a group of friends and fellow professionals who they can call on for support, help, refer jobs to and share some good times with. We may do this on Twitter but it's time to do it face to face.

A local group for amateur photographers in the Manchester area to meet, discuss, and experiment with all things photographic. The plan is to form a stable group, headed by a team of active and enthusiastic amateurs who will organise trips out and themed club evenings for members to come along and join in whilst having fun!

I thought it would be great to start a group which brought together all levels of photographers to meet up and shoot in and around Manchester which a common aim, to take great pictures! As the groups develops I am open to suggestions such as photography tutorials and model shoots. Its meant to be a fun group for people who like to shoot. Any type of camera welcome, a love for photography is all you need!
